Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Design UI elements and build prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Collaborate with UI/UX team members to ensure a consistent design language

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects
  • Experience with user research and usability testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Experience with design systems
  • Understanding of accessibility standards
  • Experience with motion design
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
